- Tuang air perlahan2 dan Uli jangan terlalu lembik doh nya.Doh yang sesuai bila adunan dah x melekat2 di tangan kita.Amik sedikit adunan saiz bola pingpong (saya timbang 30gm)kepal2kan dan leper kan.Isi inti kacang merah dan tutup adunan serta bulat2 kan..
- Golek2 kan adunan tadi ke atas bijan.Teruskan proses tadi hingga habis adunan..
